Refund policy

In the event there is ever an issue with your order. Please email me at valkyriescustomcreations@gmail.com.

We will Troubleshoot the issue together. Example, all shipping related problems will be handled via a claim to USPS. At which point we will remake the order once the claim is settled. It is recommended to add route protection to each order.

If there is an issue with Any of my products you have 30 days from the date of purchase to contact me. I will remake it at no charge depending on the situation. After 30 days All sales are Final.
